First, the rental was not ready, we had to wait about an hour to get a car. Second, they overcharged for an extra day after we dropped off the car in time. Although the time they entered as starting time was not the time we left with the rental. They stamped the time at 11:47pm but didn’t get the car until pass 12:30 am. So we had to go the office to get the 2nd day charge removed. Third, they now said the is a crack in the windshield, after 48 hours that we return the car.Opinión del 21 ago. 2023

Service desk and drop off were not helpful and really didn’t care about anything but selling you insurance when you pick up the vehicle. Also they didn’t have the vehicle I ordered and told me I would have to wait around 40 min to an hour and that was only if they could find one. The vehicle I got was nice but didn’t fit our stuff causing us to take two cars instead of oneOpinión del 16 jul. 2023

Pick up was horrendous,, total chaos waited over 2 hours to be told I’d get a vehicle but not what we hired , this happened to all people waiting.. We actually got a similar car to the one booked so we thought we were luckier than others . Car was filthy dirty no option to sort we had to leave it’s now 4 am , we hadn’t left car park and clearly the vehicle with 42,000 miles had multiple faults and should have been in for repairs not out on hire …Opinión del 23 abr. 2023

Checkin took nearly an hour. There were 3 or 4 agents working and 4 guys standing around watching. Not sure why it takes so long, there were lots of cars in the lot. Granted that things were busy since the Ft Lauderdale airport was closed, but why does it have to be so slow?Opinión del 15 abr. 2023

Pick up was extremely disorganized. The Tampa Airport staff needs additional training. But the cost of the rental itself was on the lower end, so that was a positive.Opinión del 5 mar. 2023

We had booked a van online at Tampa international airport and when we got there we were told we didn’t but they said u must have been re-routed to a Avis agent half hour north of airport- this was terrible- then we were told we could not return it at Tampa and had to bring it back the agent or we would be charged - terrible - we should be partially compensated for out trouble DarrenOpinión del 3 mar. 2023

Kayak states fee cancellation, not the case. Stood in line over 1 hour to rent a car and their systems were down along with cars not available. I left the line and Uber Ed to my destinationOpinión del 28 dic. 2022

This is one of the best car rental places I have been to. Professional staff that made the pickup and return easy. Easy to get to this location also. For some reason also cheaper than the other locations.Opinión del 17 dic. 2022

Tampa counter was very slow to process the reservation. It wasn't overly busy but their computers just seemed to take a long time to pull up any info.Opinión del 9 may. 2022
