We booked a vehicle to seat 7 people plus accommodate 4-5 pieces of luggage. At best it could seat 6 and luggage space extremely limited. The vehicle could have been cleaner inside. The attendant at the counter was very good in Palm Springs. Drop off was easy.Opinión del 3 may. 2023

Ventajas:Staff was friendly when picking up the car.Desventajas:The "SUV" was a modest sedan with a hatch-back. Thrifty "support" is very poor, as I needed to consider a change to my reservation and they were not helpful. Additionally, it was difficult to understand the person on the phone. Ventajas:Nothing. Your information was inaccurate. Was not able to take the car promised to me for not having a major credit care. Then was charged 10 dollars for penalty fee. Incredibly disappointed in customer service and buisness practices. I will never use your services again.Desventajas:Not charging me 10 dollars on a promise of a vehicle you couldnt provide me with.Opinión del 14 mar. 2020
