Ventajas: The service and food at this hotel are 5 star, the staff are some of the most courteous staff we have ever come across, views and location are perfect, if you want a relaxing pampering break with fresh air and breathtaking walks (literally!) the Kaiserhof is perfect.

Ventajas: Hotel Kaiserhof in Kitzbuhel was a wonderful, exquisite place to stay. The Tyrolean decor (lots of lovely pine and the beautiful patterned carpet) complimented the mountain atmosphere. Traveling as a single, I felt very comfortable at the hotel, and everyone on the staff exemplified gracious hospitality and warmth. The location is at the foot of the gondola for the Hahnenkamm run, and it was fun to sit in the garden and watch each car go up and down. I enjoyed hiking and exploring the town while other guests raved about the area golf courses. Staying at the Kaiserhof was so incredible, and I hope to return again soon.

Ventajas: Its position relative to the main ski lift in the town, while still being an easy walk to the town centre and its facilities. The reception staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful, as were those in the restaurant.

Ventajas: Hotel facilities and services are excellent. Location of hotel is the best place of Kitzbühel. Always smiling staff and perfect foods at both breakfast and dinner were exceptional. It was lovely vacation for me and my family we always remember.

Ventajas: I cannot speak highly enough of Hotel Erika. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. Fabulous room, gardens, pool, spa, location and food but what topped it all off was the staff. They could not do enough for you and were so friendly and courteous.Stay at this hotel. You will not be dissapointed.

Ventajas: The service was first class. The family could not have been nicer or more accomodating. The food was gourmet, the wait staff professional and humorous and the massage therapist was one of the best ever. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Ski bus right in front of the hotel takes you to the lift less then 1 km away. Wonderful vacation!
