Ventajas: The concept of two hotels in one was wonderful and it was a pleasure to see the ladies in their beautiful Ao Dai traditional dresses. Concierge services were very effecient and the hotel arranged all kinds of transport- rickshaw rides, taxis etc were easily arranged.

Ventajas: What a brilliant hotel to start off your trip to Vietnam. Really friendly staff at every level, people who just couldn't do enough for you. It will take a good hotel to beat this. Location was good also, in the Old Quarter but in a fairly quiet street so you don't have too much noise from the street. They can organise day trips also and they don't rip you off.

Ventajas: This is an amazing hotel just close enough to the centre to enjoy the hustle and bustle and just far enough to feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. It is a tranquil setting (with the hotel built on the lake) and the rooms are stunning. The sunset bar is a must for chilling out after a hard day sight-seeing!

Ventajas: We were very surprised by the incredible service and standard of this hotel. We stayed at many hotels accross Vietnam and we were particularly impressed by this one. Some of the staff are Australian so communication is really easy. The room was huge and spotlessly clean. Our room was not directly over the street, so it was the only hotel we stayed at where we got a full night of undisturbed sleep. Minibar is cheap and well stocked. My favourite part of all though was the fresh cooked breakfast. It was the best we had on our trip, despite heaps of other free breakfast deals.

Ventajas: Incredible staff and big, comfortable, clean rooms. The breakfast was great as well. They had a good choice of tours available, we actually ended up booking everything with them.
