Ventajas: Ubicación increíble a poca distancia a pie del puerto con muchas tiendas y restaurantes dentro del mismo complejo. Habitaciones lujosas y modernas sin sentirse pretenciosas.

Ventajas: Hotel muy decepcionante más como un 2 estrellas. Muy antiguo no Kleenex mal servicio. Relación calidad-precio cero. No te alojes aquí!!!!!

Ventajas: El personal es amable y servicial. Cerca del muelle, tiendas, restaurantes, y todo lo que necesitamos. Las habitaciones son agradables y limpias. El cuarto de baño era grande. Hermosa piscina.

Ventajas: La proximidad al puerto, los restaurantes y las instalaciones era de primera categoría. Nos encantó nuestra estancia.

Ventajas: We wanted to be able to relax and unwind at our first destination in Australia, this was definitely the place, the pool was very relaxing and the sunrise on the marina side was breathtaking. They had our room ready and allowed us to check in early. They also had complementary champagne and chocolates upon arrival. They also upgraded our room to a higher level so we had a better view of the bay. The location is with in walking distance to everything, including the ferries at the marina. All in all one of the best parts of our stay was the staff, they were all so welcoming, accommodating and extremely pleasant (esp Kelly and Luke!). I would definitely stay here again.

Ventajas: Pese a no estar en el centro de la ciudad dispone de un servicio de bus gratis al centro cada hora. Y la posibilidad de dejar las maletas sin cargo durante la excursión a la barrera de coral en la que pasábamos una noche y no podíamos llevarlas.

Ventajas: The room is spacious and comfortable. It is situated in an very quiet area, which may fit mid-aged married class of people or honeymooner looking for peace, but a bit too far away from the main city attraction for the bachelors. Then I regret that the shuttle bus to town has not, at least, a rotation every 1/2 hour; Nevetheless, I appreciated the ZEN atmosphere which seems to prevail in its walls, with the discretion and efficiency of the staff. I have a good short stay, and would be pleased to stay again in this hotel.

Ventajas: Location location location...within walking distance of the lovely waterfront with all the restaurants. The Concierge, Junko, was excellent putting together tours for us. The view from the 14 level was spectacular.

Ventajas: Welcoming staff; comfortable and quiet room as per our request. Very pleasant ambience. This was our second stay and the improvement over the first visit in both physical facilities and staff friendliness was considerable.

Ventajas: The pool was fantastic and the gym facility were great.

Ventajas: The lobby is gorgeous. There is elegant moulding throughout the rooms. Pool appeared large. Room service (spaghetti) serving was small but very delicious (and quick and they called back with a correction to a statement about their menu). I was able to check in early. Location is fantastic. They're next door to shops, grocery store, bar, and casino (including "The Dome"- indoor rainforest), and they're a small block away from the marina (where the reef boats take off from) and fantastic dining (the Pier area). This hotel is a good compromise for still having a nearly high-end experience but saving some money. By U.S. standards it would probably achieve a 3.5 star rating (Aussie ones run higher).

Ventajas: Hotel delivers what it promises on its website. Palatial, well maintained, well serviced, well everything. Fantastic pool (and service at the pool). Nice rooms, excellent mattresses (you'll want to buy one after sleeping on one!), good views.

Ventajas: We found the staff were helpful, friendly and someone was always in attendance at the front desk to answer your questions or help arrange tours etc. The restaurant staff were exceptionally efficient and friendly.We extended our stay to 5 nights, at very favourable rate.

Ventajas: I stayed there with my wife as we were flying from perth to townsville not arriving cairns till 6.30p leaving 10.am next day so wanted something with a resurant and a free airport shuttle bus we were very pleased with the place main thing was the shuttle bus and resturant which were both good as we didnt intend to leave the premises I would stay there again

Ventajas: I think just ok, no outstanding points I want to highlighted to the hotel. The aircondition, bathroom, kitchen is just fair for living.

The design of the motel allowed a lovely breeze to go through the building and it was very well maintained and clean. The location of the motel was perfect for us because it was quiet and our room backed onto a small park where native birds were regularly feeding.
