The van that I had reserved and paid for 3 months in advance was "not available" when we arrived to pick it up. I specifically needed a large vehicle for college graduation and move out and this affected plans and I had to scramble to make new arrangements which cost twice as much. The car was fine. I searched for Knoxville airport pickup and drop off but was given a car at a smaller office in town—the taxi ride cost me $50! I has noticed a street address on the confirmation but thought it was just one of those consolidated rental offices a short shuttle ride from the airport. WRONGOpinión del 24 abr. 2022

We had prepaid the Chevy Malibu and the agent said we had a 7 passenger reserved but if we downgraded to a Ford Edge we would save some money. No refund was issued. When returning the vehicle there was no agent to accent the vehicle and poor instructions on how to return it without an agent.Opinión del 7 mar. 2022

I picked up the car an hour early and was charged an extra $10 for the privilege. Never mind that I asked if it was okay to pick it up an hour early and nothing was said about being charged for an extra hour - or the fact that I returned it 16 hours early - which was also mentioned at the time of pick-up. It's bad enough that rental car prices are extremely high right now, but to gouge the customers even more is pretty crappy. Customer Service was great, although the car I received was questionable. It was a bare-bones vehicle reeking of smoke and of questionable safety. Well over 50,000 miles on it, numerous stains and only one working window. And to top it off, I was charged twice as much as I would have been for a brand new vehicle at the beginning of the year.Opinión del 29 dic. 2021

My plane was called back to the gate twice, putting me in Knoxville at 1220 am. The agent said that the deal was canceled because it was after midnight. He then tried to rent me a car for over 7 hundred dollars more than the original price. I got a car at Budget later that morning for less than the price of the original lease.Opinión del 2 dic. 2021
