Mediocre, Quick to charge fees even when not warranted, slow to repay! I cancelled within the cancellation period and they still charged the cancellation fee. I did get it back after having to ask for it. PeterOpinión del 29 jun. 2023

The pick up at the Hollis Ave location in Halifax was hard as kiosk was in hotel with very little signage. Ended up dropping at the Airport. That was fantasticOpinión del 25 oct. 2022

The address on the reservation was wrong, ended up having to walk 20 minutes to get to the new location. Have not received the paid receipt by email as promised, having to follow up by phone.Opinión del 20 jun. 2022

I ordered a mini van, and had no option but to take a pick up truck that allowed my stuff to get wet. Further I called a head to confirm they had a mini van and was assured they did, only to find out this was not the case. This was the second time this happened I am VERY DISAPOINTED with the service and being mislead for a second time. to answer the question on what could you do better? DONT LIEOpinión del 5 may. 2022

Great value. Great rental. Pick up was good. Location was great. Drop off was a disappointment. Waited 30 min without acknowledgement then they only said hello to my fiance (male), yet I was the renter (female) ...it was upsetting but would go back.Opinión del 4 may. 2022
