Horrible, the agent at pick up insisted we upgrade to an electric car, which absolutely sucked. Drive horrible. Got the car form hours after we picked it up. At drop off was accused of damaging the hub cap by a recently stoned dude and even though we insisted on talking with management was told basically too bad you owe us. I did not even re t the car & lost money as they charged the price of the rental in “partial insurance.” All of this is unethical sales practices designed around fine print clause—disingenuous sales. I was robbed in the end.Opinión del 23 jun. 2023

1. Lots of upselling on car features. 2. Be aware of all dents and damages before the car is released to you. Take a lot of your own pictures with a date stamp 3. Ask for all receipts related to the gas filling or parking. I will NOT be renting from Hertz ever again. A lot of dishonesty in car rental practices.Opinión del 8 mar. 2023

Nice, clean comfortable car. For some reason the pick up office in terminal 2 was closed for ten minutes as we arrived, but eventually the person working there arrived and we got our car.Opinión del 18 oct. 2022

Everything was great with the rental until we dropped the car off in Madrid after 10 days and discovered we didn't have a spare tire for the whole trip. We were lucky that we never needed the spare. Not great attention to detail by Hertz in Barcelona. Lesson learned I will always check the spare tire from now on.Opinión del 4 oct. 2022

I wanted to extend my rental but online it said I had to phone the office and i phoned the office more than 6 times, selected ‘english’ and ‘current rental’ than waited about 10 rings before the computer disconnected me again and again and again so had to book a different car through a different agency for a week.Opinión del 10 set. 2022

I got the gas tank full with the care was told to return it filled, we did that and we were still charged over €90 for not filling the gas tank. I have both the receipt and video evidence of the tank being full, yet Hertz has not refunded the charge… still waiting (be very careful with them).Opinión del 6 set. 2022

Booked a van (minivan) expecting to take family of sox on day trip. Hertz gave me a midsize 5 person car and said they don’t have any vans. I see minivans are still showing up in the search for Hertz. Also way overcharged for a day rate for a regular car, considering other options. The wait in the store was about an hour for pick up, which seemed like a lot. Keep in mind cute girls differences, but this did seem like a lot. I also had trouble getting in and out of the car park. One of the gates wouldn’t open on both the way in and the way out. The call button for help was on the passenger side, which was problematic, but ultimately that gate shouldn’t have been a problem. I think it tracks to a sensor in the car but the sensor wasn’t connecting for some reason.Opinión del 13 ago. 2022
