The car wasn’t ready had to wait 30 mins. Told me I am getting an upgrade but it was a 10 year old Mitsubishi suv with no mats and patches on the floor. Extremely bad to run - worst experience so far.Opinión del 31 ago. 2023

I thought a compact SUV would be bigger than a Mazda CX-3 but that’s my mistake I guess. Otherwise great. Except I haven’t gotten a receipt emailed to me yet but see that my card was charged a bit more than expected/quoted. So that’s not ideal. ThanksOpinión del 3 ene. 2023

The only problem I had was with the wipers which weren't coming in contact with the windshield so I had to come back the next day and have them replaced but then I noticed the tires were a bit bald and I was sliding around in the snow so they ended up giving me a different vehicle which was much better.Opinión del 2 ene. 2023

Service at the desk was efficient and friendly. The condition of the vehicle was deplorable. It had a large crack in the windshield, shook severely on the highway at 100 kms/hr or more, would not shift into all-wheel drive (stuck in 2H), and was overdue for an oil change. I did not feel safe driving this vehicle and it should not have been rented to a customer in the condition it was in. Even if that meant we were to get an upgraded vehicle at no additional costs.Opinión del 30 oct. 2022

the process was great. Staff were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. I had to call in once, shortly after taking possession of the vehicle; i could not get the key out of the ignition. He walked me through a couple of scenarios and we got it resolved.
