Both the interiors and exteriors of the vehicles that we had were dirty and damaged. Rental cars were not serviced regularly. We went through 3 vehicles; one of them died in a parking lot while we were eating lunch. Roadside Assistance was going to take more than 2 hours to reach us for a jump-start; more contractors are needed to help rental customers. We then had to drive out of our way to switch out of the 2nd car.Opinión del 16 ago. 2023

The car was nice, easy to drive and clean. The only issue was finding parking for return. Staff was very friendly.Opinión del 6 ago. 2023

The staff menber was extremely friendly and spoke to me about making them my number one choice in the future without being pushy. Very positive experience.Opinión del 19 jul. 2023

The pick up process was against aggravating, for some reason they were asking for two forms of picture ID, and at the end ended up accepting a non picture ID as my second form of ID. They angered me for no reason. So right off the start I regret renting with these people. I rent cars often and this was the first time this has happened, must be a budget thing… so never againOpinión del 24 jun. 2023

When I made the reservation, I was told the cost expected at pick was over $300 cheaper than I 2qs told Athens I checked in. This was a huge setback for my and it cost me not only hours of my time but more financial resources.Opinión del 19 jun. 2023

We rented a car at Budget. The shuttle picked us up at the airport and took us straight to the car rental facility. Our car was brand new and very clean. We had a similar experience for drop off and everyone rode comfortably and safely. I will definitely rent from Budget again.Opinión del 3 jun. 2023
