Mi experiencia no fue del todo buena, ya que te forzan a adquirir un seguro con ellos muy costoso aún y cuando tú TDC ya te de una cobertura por renta de vehículo, en caso de no adquirir seguro tienes que dejar un depósito muy alto de igual manera si adquieres seguro. En mi opinión deberían incluir los precios completos al momento de cotizar la renta de un vehículo, ya que omiten los gastos más altos como el seguro y el depósito. The car ended up twice as expensive. It rattled like crazy. The check-in was long and not straightforward. Hidden fees, lots of pushing for extras, and a long wait. They gave us a car with the back indicator light not working, luckily we thought to check all lights before leaving lot.. mexico is notorious for pulling cars over, this would have been the perfect excuse. This created an hour delay as they had to get us a different car and new paperwork. Even though we brought our own collision insurance with a letter from our credit car provider, they tacked on a $10 daily charge for a tracking monitor.Opinión del 6 abr. 2023

Just too much chaos. Hot…no indoor seating, long line and too long to pick up and drop off reservations. 20-30 min at counter for them to process card then drop off to release hold on credit cards etc…CRAZYOpinión del 13 oct. 2022

Beware of the insurance issues. Even if you choose the Collision Damage waiver because your credit card covers it, they will absolutely charge an outrageous deposit if you don't buy there's. That's the deal in Mexico. It's a rip-off which will cost you an extra $20 a day that you won't be able to avoid.Opinión del 25 ago. 2022
