Ventajas: I found the owner, Kris and kate to be friendly, professional and courteious. Nothing was too much trouble and they quickly made their guests feel comfortable. The rooms were a good size and very clean. breakfdast was fabulous.

Ventajas: The location is very good - in a quiet area , but close to beach , old town of Nessebar ,shopping areas , restaurants , Sunny Beach resort ; the staff is friendly and helpful ; good breakfast , comfortable rooms .

Ventajas: Good place to stay, very convenient location - between the main shopping street in the New city and the Old city, close to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will stay there if visit Nesebar again.

Ventajas: I have to say it's a lovely place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful, food and appearance and location of the hotel are just excellent. I really enjoyed stay in the hotel Italia, and the next time I will visit Bulgaria I stay without a doubt in that place.

Ventajas: 1) had to wait 2 hours for room even though hotel was empty. 2) TV didn't work. Had to wait 1 hour while TV was replaced and then 2nd TV was fixed. 3) A/C didn't work. 4) Jacuzzi was cold - didn't work. All in all the stay was a joke

Ventajas: A good point had the design of the hotel-good for pictures:) the pool area was big and clean with nice chairs and tables, perfect to relax but the water needs to be heated ;). The weithers were kind and smiling but it wont hurt if they try harder:) .I liked the large rooms but the bed cover needs to be cleaned and the shower door fixed. Good idea with the shops around the hotel, they helped my mood for the claudy day:P

Ventajas: Great location. Pool area was excellent with huge main pool. Activities every day (we stayed in July) - water polo, water volleyball, petanque, shuffle board, kids mini disco. If we ever go back to Sunny Beach, we'll most likely choose this hotel for our stay.

Ventajas: The only thing I liked is the hotel's location. Dislikes: The room had no electricity until 8PM and the receptionist didn't informed us about it when we checked-in. I had no parking place in their parking lot, I had to park in some private parking that I've found in the neighborhood. The towels in the bathroom had some dark stains (looked like old blood stains). The TV has a very bad signal, picture noise was very annoying.

Ventajas: The place is very nice: very nice decor and our room was huge with seaside view(as we asked for). Swimming pools are great and clean. Food was ok and was changed daily so everyday there was something different,. Staff was very friendly and professional. We enjoyed it a lot. Also location is very convenient: with beach just few meteres across the road( so we were sunbathing next to the pool&still we could go and swim in the sea(it saves you some money on the bed as they charge on the beach). We already recommended this place to our friends and definetely we are coming back.
